Default 2003 2.5Rs looking for some mods under $1000

Hey guys just got the car I have about $1000 to do whatever with..... Looking for ideas on what to do...... I was thinking carbon fiber hood with a scoop?????????????????

yea i am in the process of working out something with him but i am not sure if thats what i want to do thats why i was looking for suggestions on what to do............

well it is winter time now so i am gonna wait for new tires what would you guys suggest for exhust and headers........ i might get that carbon fiber hood on it so i have only 400 bucks left.........

Borla is the only thing in that price range. The complete MRT setup is $550 or so. Yes you can just get the header separate, but that requires custom work which you may not be up for.

Who sells the MRT setup? I haven't seen any vendors offering it for a long time.

yea, your first dressup mod should be getting a hood with a scoop and something with the headlights...at least that's wat i would do cuz i NEED a nonfunctional scoop ..and those headlights need to go =P


BUT, it shouldn't be your first mod...get some light performance parts like exhaust and intake and a little suspension if you get the chance. and yes, change them tires.

also, if you wanna debadge your car you should think about doing it now instead of later...but leave the 2.5RS badge on there...so people dunt think they're hanging with a WRX =P
