Help- Recalibrate Speedo

Need help~~!

I got a 98 Impreza 2.5RS, screw up the speedometer somehow, do any1 here how to recalibrate the speedo?
I m driving w/ my own sense of speed now, and need to wet my pants evertime when cops following me~~~!!!

I had the needel jumped off the bottom needle (the needle that for stopping it to go lower than 0km/h) and i turned it the opposite way, i dint notice that i had screwed it up, and i forgot how many times i had overturn/ underturn it, but the gauge is not working now (actually, it works, but very weird, and when the car is stopped, the needle keeps on 20km/h, or sometimes even then fastest speed I had ever drove) so....

I know i m screwed up, hope u guys can help me out here~!

you broke the speedo drive, needs a new speedo unit, must be purchased new, it is illegal to swap speedo's w/ another car.
