Cool

wrx55,
nonono, I am not trading mine! Mine is blue

This set is someone else. He is selling his car so he wants the stock pieces. All pieces are painted by the bodyshop.

As for me, I painted it myself so it didn't cost me anything except the spray paint.

Wink

1. Go buy some spray paints (color+clear)
[Tamiya model paints work great because of small particles]
2. Go home and vacoum your garage
3. Put newspaper on floor
4. Put paper card box on newspaper
5. Put the part(ONE ONLY) on the top of the box. This prevents some dust on the floor
6. Shake spray paint for 5-10 mins
7. Paint the part with a even stroke
8. Paint from left to right but NEVER stop in the middle
9. Always pass through the whole part before returning to the other side
10.Paint 2-3 thin layer and let it dry for 30mins btw layers
11.Put 1 or 2 layer of clear coat on top
12.During the whole process don't move your body too dramatic, or else the dust will fall on the part
13.Everything will dry in 1 or 2 hours
14.MUST DO THIS IN A HOT DAY or put a light on top of the part when drying
15.Remember to keep a distance of 30cm btw part and paint
16.Always wear your nose mask
17.Clean up after everything is done
