Default Will a Stromung dual tip from a 01RS fit on a 02TS???

Like it says....they are the same engine block and stuff, so will it fit? Thanks!

It won't be a direct fit. The flange for the muffler section is a little different and there is a hanger on the opposite side on the TS than the 01 RS. Although an exhuast shop can fix all of that very easily, shouldn't break the bank either.

thanks Buster...would you think that it would be cheaper just to get a brand new exaust thats made for a 2002??? Im still not sure so i was just wonderin, thanks again Buster...

For the price Brian is offering them I doubt you could get a better price. Just beware that I had gotten that exhaust set up and a few months later the muffler tips rusted all of the way through. That exhaust was a few years older than his though. Once that happened I got a Wrx exhaust as a replacement.

ya, well im going out on the limb with it...im getting it for a lil under 13k, so its about the same....but i have always kinda wanted a wagon in the back of my head cuz i travel so freakin much. So hopefully it will go thru and i can get it.

While it's not a direct answer... I recently had a WRX muffler fitted to my TS. They had to chop, rotate, and arc weld the flange and widen the holes in it to get it to fit. costed 55 bucks (the muffler was only 35 shipped to start). I expect having your stromung fitted would be similar in price and require about as much work.

I had mine done at a minake too, so a local momnpop place migt be cheaper.
