Will Borla Headers from an 01RS fit on a 02TS?

Yes, it will, steve. If you're getting some invite me to the install, I'm gonna get these for my Impreza, hopefully before the end of next summer.

I might get a MRT Headerback, but I was wondering if it would be better to just get the Header/Midpipe and get a less obstructive muffler.
