Question Maintenance Q&A

So I bought my '98 RS over a year ago and the only maintenance I've done is keeping the oil up. Can I get suggestions as to what I can do to keep it running super happy? I was thinking along the lines of fuel injector cleaning and things like that.... what 're my options? (super happy!)

Things I consider normal maintenance:
Spark plugs(atleast once a year)
Air filter(cleaning of performance filter) or replacement of regular filter, normally done at oil change
Fuel filter(once a year, might be overkill but just a habit)
Of course checking coolant levels and mixtures
You might want to checkt he plug wires and make sure they aren't baked(stiff), they shuld be very flexible and not hold the form they are when on the car.
Redline fuel injector cleaner

we have service and maintnence forum you might find usefull.

do you have an owners manual? and service book that came with the car? Its all very detailed in there, what should be done at what mileage.

what is yoru mileage, because that would help us determine what should have been or shoud be done

I'm @ just over 73,000 miles and bought it @ 46,000 in April '01. it didn't come with a service book and the manual always says "take it to Subaru dealer" even for something like brakes, squash that!
