Hi,
1. Which one will you choose to fit into your car if there are 18mm/19mm/20mm/21mm front and real sway bar?

2. How is the difference between each of this?
would you kindly tell me thisinformation...

3. Front__?__mm/Real__?__mm
Thank you very much...Also what is the stock sway bar F/Real size?

Ha. You have a similar question as me . As people told me, for the stock suspension works best with 18 or 20mm rear bar, and 20mm front bar (stock). And our friends here in the club say and experience the same. The 19mm bar....I know it does exists. I think I read about it somewhere in the SPD site. You can have a look at the Links. Anyone knows more details?

The stock front bar is 19mm.
So it is best to go for the 18mm bar or maybe even the 20 if you are planning for suspension mod. later.
The 19mm STi bar is pricy compared to the others on the market.

If you're really concerned about the rear sway bar... order a MRT adjustable rear sway bar... (from Australia)...

You can adjust it from 18, 20 or even 22mm... It's a bit more expensive but you have the option......

First of all, I am new here. Me got no Subaru, but don't hate me for it. I am a pure HONDA guy, but I like Subaru as well. My club in Taiwan are mainly Subaru 2.0 GT turbo. Some of them has 400hp+. Scary FAST! I also follows WRC. And I have been playing around with Subaru whenever I am in Taiwan. Maybe my next car will be a Subaru... he he who knows. But only the Impreza WRX will be on my list... even better if I can get my hand on 22B. BTW, I do have connection to get my hands on WRC McRae's retired Rally car... but Damn, it's go FREAKING EXPENSIVE.
If any of you want to by STI parts I might be able to help you out.. he he

Anyway back the sway bar setup...
I don't really have the spec for the Impreza, but if I am not wrong STI uses 18mm for rear, and 19mm front. Sway bar also works with suspension up grades. You will need to look at the whole pictures to get the best result. That means you have to know what kinda chractistic you are looking for to pick up the right parts for your car. I driven 2.5RS, and I really hate the understeer problem. AWD corners like FWD!? damn.. that really sucks. The truth is that, even if you try to setup the suspension, you can only neutralized the steering for 2.5RS. To make that AWD really work, you will need to upgrade the differential to get it all working. oops... off the topic again... From my friend's experince with their Impreza GT, the best sway bar they have is arc Titanium. I don't know what's the spec, but I am sure it's the best. Cuz, those guys do go to rally race with their car. Anyway, I will look into that for you guys. Cheers!

I only got 25mm front and 22mm rear on my Integra.... and arc is using 25mm front and rear... G.... with that Impreza can corner flat... damn... thought you guys might want to know..

But he said it was Titanium, so 25 mm is about 20-22mm in steel. Steel is stronger than titanium. It depends upon what kind of steel vs what kind of titanium it is also. but titanium is lighter than steel, kind-of-give-and-take thing.. I'm not really sure about the corrosion resistance of titanium in winter weather salt.. Titanium is also expensive because it only comes from one place in the world, russia..... food for thought..

The stock set up on the RS is either 19mm or 20mm(can't remember exactly which one) at the front and 13mm at the back. According to most members the 18mm or 20mm rear will make it more neutral. I will be running 22mm rear for this years Ontario Solo II series hopefuly it will work to my taste...but only time will tell. As for our honda fellow...well take your 22mm bar out of the Integra and then you'll see how much it understeers...you're comparing apples to oranges when comparing a 22mm Integra to a stock RS...
Cheers!!!
