Talking Service at Speciality Subaru

I thought I would post my reviews of the last service performed at Speciality in contrast to the type of service received at other local Vancouver dealerships. I was taking my car in for my 48,000km tune-up and left the car overnight because they said it would take some time. The next day I received the car on time. The difference in drivability of the car was remarkable. Many of the squeaks and groans I had become use to were gone. I also had this annoying brake crunching sound when sometimes when I applied the brakes. They said they didn't know exactly what was wrong but they said they tried everything..even machined my rotors under warranty($200 usually) which seemed to do the trick. I actually noticed a much better pedal feel as well as no more unusual noises. I don't think I would ever take my car to any other dealership after "shopping" around.
