I have been seeing cars with coloured fog lights... like orange, red, and blue...
I just wanna know if it's legal

nope not legal...If I remember correctly only yellow and white are legal...

I dont konw about them I think they might be illegal too...usually things that say "for off road use only" are illegal..but im just guessing...

accually, I think the HID's will be legal. The Acura 3.2TL comes with them stock.. Iv seem them around..

Thats the thing though... the TL comes with them "STOCK"... the Impreza doesnt. We would have to go aftermarket, And most aftermarket stuff is illegal.
