Default avc-r questions for BAIC people

I installed my AVC-R today. I think i did things right but i can't really tell with this stupid manual and some of the postings that i've read.

I've done a ton of searching for "avc-r" and avc-r install. Most of the stuff that I have read is relating to the settings in the ebc after being installed. Nothing really on stuff about putting in the actual hardware..

Anyways, after getting it installed i am getting 1.35 kgf/cm2 peak boost. if i do the conversions that shows up to be about 19.2 psi
I used http://www.convert-me.com/en/convert/pressure to do the conversion.

Here are my questions:
1. should i run new plumbing with the tubes they give me or can i use the existing tubing that was pulled off the factory BC?
right now i am using the stock tubing after pulling it off the fbc.

2. how the hell do i lower the boost so it doesn't go 19.2?
I thought i had it in learn mode. I pretty much left everything the way it was except for changing the cylinder size and other items but pretty much everything else is as it was out of the box.

anyone in the area got one that they can help me out with? either on this board or in person?
I thought 17PSI or so was about as high as this stocker can go

Cusco DP w/Trust exhaust

Vishnu UD Pulley

Thanks in advance for your help. Please no posts saying "search" cause i have had it up to ^ with that crap. i've done my homework. | Can't find the info i need.
