Default Yes You Will

Yes you wil receive stuff in the mail from the SCCA. A welcom package ie a copy of thier mounthly mag, I.D. card, stickers and info on how to contact them. All this info will tell you where to find info on what type of racing you are looking for.

What the vegetable above said... (sorry, you picked the nick)

You'll get stuff rather shortly from the SCCA with all your informaiton. They may be a bit backlogged because of the move from CO to KS recently... so if you're at all worried, call Subaru 1st and see if they've received it. The contact information is on their web site... http://www.subaru.com

And what do you mean by your phrase "track thing"? Are you speaking of road courses or autocross? For autocross, it's just show up, empty your car out of floor mats and all loose objects and go through the tech inspection on the day of the event.

I think the SCCA people are moving their office to Topeka from Denver, so they might take a little longer than usual. If you need your membership for something soon, you might want to call them.

For track days, check out this site www.trackschedule.com ...

Havent been to one myself, YET, but plan too... A buddy has attended many of these and also teachs... They are designed around novice drivers with stock cars, from what I understand..

A free membership comes with the purchase of a WRX.
