Has anyone dealt with the company Mastro for WRX Wheels? Are they a good company?

I went into their shop a few months back when i was in Tampa for work. It seemed like they did not won't to sell me anything. I was going to buy the subaru 4 pots and rotors, but left after the guys were less than helpful.

Has anybody ordered from them lately ?? whats the word on this vendor ? I ordered a set of lights from them about a week ago.....they said it would take up to week to get them painted and then shipped 2 day.....e-mailed them for a tracking number. no response yet.........I have no opinion on them, good or bad yet...waiting anxiously,

I called Bill this morning to inquire about the tracking number, he was very professional about it and even tracked it for me. Sure enough the lights did arrive this afternoon as promised =)
The paint quality was good and the lights fit perfectly !!
" Plug 'n Play is the only way ! " Overall great vendor and would do business with them again.

Mastro was great with my 4 pot order,
Everything on the site is clearly marked and priced, very reasonable overall.
I used regular ground shipping and got them well before i expected them, around 3 days i believe, and i got a free t shirt!
Mastro Rocks!
although i was bummed to see them put the 4 pots on sale a week after i bought mine :/

oh well...

I bought a GFB BOV from these guys this week, and it was shipped instantly and in my hand 2 days later. I had called on the phone and the person I talked to was friendly as well... ^^^ BUMP for a good vendor. The BOV works great, thanks!

I ordered a pair of Morette headlights(painted). The paint job was very good. the order arrived promptly and the the plug and play just plugged right in. Good price and good service.

I believe these are the same guys as Mastro Subaru in Tampa...

A few years ago, I was looking for a stock black SVX rear spoiler. I called dealers all around the country and guess who had them in stock. Mastro. And how much do you think one of these brand new OEM wings on a rare car like the SVX cost? I was like, I'm not spending more than 300 dollars...The cost was $110!!!! Where do you get a factory pre-painted OE wing or even an aftermarket wing for a hundred dollars?

Maybe that's the normal price for those wings, but they could have easily tripled the price since he probably had the last few new ones in the country (and probably the world).

Not only that, he had a couple of the only brand new transmissions IN stock! who the hell stocks an SVX tranny in their parts department. How big is this place anyway!

Needless to say the wing was a perfict fit and was delivered timely. I'm glad to see that they have expanded into the WRX aftermarket. I will deal with them in the future (now that I have a WRX).

i'm not sure whats going on but i paid for goodrich SS brake lines on saturday jan 10,04 and i got an email from them that they sent it out on thursday the 15th...
it's already the 22 and i still haven't got it =/ and when i replied to their email asking for at racking number or something they never replied so i just want to know whats going on with my order ... i'm sure theres a reason for it but they just haven't told me anything so i'm just a little upset

very bad experience... these people are very idiotic in my opinion.
my friend came over and we ordered a set of SS brake lines from them on january 10 with his address being the billing (using his CC) and mine being the shipping address.i recieve an email from them on the 15th telling me that they shipped the item and i waited for 2 business weeks without bothering them and after that i got a little worried so i emailed them and they told me that they would look into it.they FINALLY decide to tell me that they cancelled the order and they didn't ship it because it's not my CC and now i'm stuck with no brake lines after 2 weeks of waiting for no apparent reason when they could have told me straight from the beginning...
i would never buy anything from them and i wouldn't recommend them at all !

Not idiotic. Smart. When someone tells me that the credit card they are using doesn't even belong to them, the little red flag pops up and says "fraud".

Find someone who will take "my friends credit card" and they are welcome to your business.

This is a business, not a game, we happily serve legitimate customers with their own credit cards and try hard to make our customers happy. We don't need the hassle of dealing with questionable transactions.

I had a very good experience with Mastroswrx. i called rather then doing email or Pm'ing. i ordered a set of prodrive spings this monday apirl 19 and i got them april 23!!! 4 days

i was soooo happy. i even called 3 days later for a tracking # and they gladly looked it up for me and was telling me i would love these springs and alot of their customers were extremely happy with them.

and to all the people who complain about not getting tracking or emailing and getting no reponse, They do have a toll "FREE" number to call

On the 5th of May I placed an order online #1925. As of right now my credir card hasn't been charged so does that mean they're waiting on something and when my order ships, I'll get an email?

Why don't I just call them you might ask.

I'm doing some work for the US Army right now and where I'm working, cell phone don't, and I don't have access to a normal civilian phone line.

My friend recommended these guys so I thought I'd try them. I just received my order and was very happy with their service. They answered all my questions on the phone and my parts arrived pretty quick.
