Nikon 995, Nikon SK-E900 flash bracket, Nikon SB-80DX, and a bunch of practice. It works very well IMO.

Nice pictures Pete. Thanks for sharing. Did you prefocus your shots with a half press of the shutter or did you just hit the shutter & let you autofocus catch the action? What shutter speed were you shooting at?

Yep, just like that. It was 1/250 sec.
