Default Are stops on front sway bars legal DS?

If a sway bar moves side to side it loses effectiveness. Stops can be added to bars to prevent that movement. Would they be legal in SCCA Solo II D-stock?

Front swaybars are legal in Stock. If there was a front swaybar that would do this, it would put an unbelievable amount of strain on the swaybar mounts or where the bar is 'being stopped' (I say mounts because that would be the most logical place.) However the old addage of 'if it doesn't say you can, you can't' applies here... the 'stops' would have to be part of the swaybar itsself to be legal in Stock.
