Default is this stx legal??

just want to make srue one thing before i get it done.

i am planning on getting a godspeed downpipe with a cat welded in where the third cat is supposed to be.

this will be STX legal correct??

yes it should be legal as long as the cat is welded in place within 6" of the original location.

Nope, if you read the latest fastracks it states that the cat can be anywhere in the system. Downpipe or midpipe. It makes no difference as long as there is one there.

make it easy and get a bosal or scoobysport piece that will bolt right in. Or the turboxs stealthback, with cat in midpipe...simple install no hassle

Correct there it stated within 6 inches now i couldnt find anything that states what tom was referring to regarding the any position statement

"7) Street Touring X Class: The "precat(s)" and primary catalytic converter may all be replaced by a single converter, provided the resultant configuration meets Federal emissions inspection standards at normal vehicle operating temperature."

no no no, kiko is excluded from this rule. He must retain all 3 factory catalytic converters. If you look that is on page 14 of 32, item 8 under Solo, Tech Bulletins you will see it near the bottom of the page.

Right. This is also something that happens to the Fastest Subaru in the class. Just something we all decided on last year at nationals.

Tell Kiko I said hello and cannot wait to see him next season.
