Default Is my windshield going to fall out?

Does anyone else have a loose windshield? It rattles like a mutha all the time. I suppose it could be the dash, but it sure sounds like the windshield. Anytime I'm on a road that causes vibration it happens. Could the seal be bad?

I read another post here that mentioned someone had a noise near the windshield and they removed a dash peice along the windsheild and shimmed it til it stopped. Has anyone else removed this dash trim along the windshield? How does it come out?

I don't see how the windshield could be loose. When you are driving have someone put their hand on it to see if it's moving a lot.

or when they put pressure on it, the noise should stop....if it's the windshield.

I have tried pressing on it while driving and it didn't stop. So I'm thinking its more the dash. There is a trim pieice right next to the windshield. I need to figure a way to get it off. Anyone know how?

I believe it's the defroster panel or the white clips that hold it in place, or the combination of both pieces. My rattling was caused by the white clip closest to the A-pillar. This can be accessed by removing the gauge cluster. I used some electrical tape on the clip. This worked for awhile, but now the rattling has come back. I'll have to do it again.

This is the piece that is causing the rattle. I have the same rattle and it is really severe at times. What I did is just fold up a small piece of paper and slide it under this piece. I would like to get a little rubber spacer in there some time soon. I have had no more rattles. I will try to take a pic some time.
