To fit a 6MT tranny to GC/GF is not to hard but have to prepare followings

1. 6MT tranny
2. 6MT clutch set, flywheel
3. 6MT tranny shaft
4. 6MT rear crossbeam set
5. 6MT shaft nub and new shift cloth
6. Change gear ratio: front 3.9, middle 1:1, rear 3.9.
7. A nice place can lift your car, at leaset two person and proper tools

Post

About the license plate issue that one is from Maryland. I took it back from my Civic in Maryland. You guys have sharp sight.

Next March I will be back to LA for MBA. And I would like to buy a new GDB tere. So I will take some parts from Taiwan for my new GDB. There will be some issue cause the HKS Fcon-v pro was adjusted by Japanese engineer. They adjusted it within missing fire. I have no idea if there is any modification has same technical in LA. If not I have to ask Japanese engineer to visit LA for my new GDB but it cost a lot of $$.

The estimate hp is about 550. Next time after we go to Dyno test I will post the test result.

On last weekend my friend (white GF8 ) whose setting is same as my black one ran with E46 M3(euro version) on freeway. Those M3 have difficult to catch on him. But I think those M3 didn't tune up a lot of parts.

About the max speed of my GF8 is about 174~180mph I guess... Cause the tachometer is not enough........

All that GC/GF goodness brings a tear to my eye and motivates me to keep my GC6 and turn it into a real GC8.
