Smile How is the SPT performance Exhaust

Can someone tell me how the SPT performance exhaust is. I have a 2002 RS 2.5 and I'm just looking for a little change in sound of my car.

If you're just interested in sound and not worried about performance, the SPT exhaust is a nice, convenient piece that will for sure fit.

Well said. If you are gonna put on an exhaust system performance gains should be your first concern. If you concerned about making a racket just punch a few holes in your stock system and go nuts pissing off the neighbors.

I disagree, if you are concerned about performance there are much better places to spend your money than exhaust. Most people buy exhausts because they like the way they sound.

The SPT exhausts make the car sound just like it does in the commercials, which is a good thing. You could achieve the same sound for cheaper with an aftermarket part though.

Oh, BTW, you have a 2.5RS... not sure what an RS 2.5 is.

thanks for adding your useless opinion...last time i checked your not the one paying for the car.

this is not for me...its for a friend...which other aftermarket exhaust would be an easy swap without having to replce hangers and such?....it would have to be a bolt up install and still add a little sporty sound...he doesnt want the droning sound that i have on my vr6 with a 2.5 TT exhaust.
