Default Bruellen Header back exhaust...

I know there has been talks about this exhuast before I'm just wondering where can I find it I'm thinking about switching my current set up since it does not seem to satisfy my power needs...

Three things for those of you who own it...
- Is it worth it now that you have installed it on your beast? is there any Dyno charts to prove it? actual Dyno charts and not Cobbs fake Dyno numbers.
- Where did you get it from?
- was it a pain in the ass to install?

Thanks

Frakk's2.5 - the following is a link to a very extensive review on both installation and performance. However the set-up DeusExMachina was running utilized a 2.5" mid-pipe, which is overkill for N.A apps unless you're on the track all the time.

Also, you can get the header system or full header-back system from either iON Performance directly, or one of their dealers like Subaru Planet etc.

Wow. I guess I wrote a good review.

I love my Brullen headerback set up, its very, very sweet.

It was so worth it, its been awhile since I installed it but its much quicker now, I should probably have a dyno run in a couple months, but thats going to be with a Cobb intake and a S-AFC, which by my guessing will make the headerback even better to lean out the fuel.

I bought it from GTBGUY, who was a great guy to deal with.

It wasn't a pain in the ass, actually it was pretty easy. Its basically bolt-on, take off a few bolts and remove the hangars and drop down the old exhaust, bring up the new and bolt it in there. Took 4 hours for two people, probably because it was the first time we did any work on a car anyway

Frakk's2.5 - just wanted to let you know that you can either purchase it directly from us, or you can purchase the system through one of our vendors in the US as well. Shipping charges etc will still be the same.

I have never even bothered to look into this yet, so does anyone know the street legalities with the brullen or any other header in CA?

There is no longer a CARB legal header manufactured for the 2.5L engine.

***I believe only the original design Borla were legal, (they have since been redesigned).

BTW, legally there are also no aftermarket cats certified for use on post '95 OBDII cars. The cat manufactureres have disclaimers which states we should only use a factory replacement at this time.,,, At this time??

So, can we legally pass the Cali visual inspection with a Random Tech or any other aftermarket cat installed?

GTBguy and iON are awesome vendors, very friendly and helpful. When you ask them 10 questions in an email, they actually answer all ten. Never heard anything bad about the Bullen systems either.
