I left work early because of a bad migraine, got home, took a nap, and woke up at 8:30 with a fever

Okay.. DCKK with a twist of sorts...

We're going to meet at the DCKK this Friday.. and then go to Town and Country for some pool!

That's right... it's time to liven up the Friday evening a bit. Bring some extra money and enjoy an hour or a whole evening playing pool with the DCKK crowd. Nothing special, just hanging out. Plan to show up at 7PM, and we should be at Town and Country by 7:30 or so.

Okay, people.

DCKK is THIS SUNDAY. After talking to the regulars at SB^2, we've decided to meet this Sunday, 3PM, at the Daly City Krispy Kreme, and then head over to Town and Country for some pool at approximately 3:30-4:00. This is going to be a semi-regular thing, as once every week might be too much. We'll see how it works out, and move it to a once a month or once every two weeks thing.

This week's DCKK will need a bit of prep work, so I'm starting it now. This Saturday, the DCKK people are planning a round or karting. Venue is still to be determined (Malibu is an option, but not very appealing, and the people I talked to won't mind driving someplace fun and indoor, since it's supposed to rain this Saturday). We're open to suggestions, and any place that will rent karts and give us a fixed price for fixed time instead of per lap charge is preferred. Help us find a venue, and join us for the fun this Saturday. We're planning to meet at the DCKK around noon, and then drive to the venue for lunch. People can just meet at the venue if driving up to the DCKK is out of their way.

so, open call for suggestions on where we can go karting.
