Default sts rules question

Rev-lav is now selling a quicker steering rack in the vendors area. Are these legal in sts? I could't find anything about this area in the rules.

Nate, one thing to keep in the back of your head regarding SCCA classing rules, unless the rules specifically say you can do a modification, then you cannot to the mod.

They have to be specifically 'allowed'.

For what it's worth, the quick steering rack puts you in modifed.

You mean it puts you in prepared, (per your ruling quote from the Prepared rules) not modified, right?
