You need to cut the car's MAF wire (E13 - Blue/Pink Stripe) and connect the SAFC's yellow wire to the end closer to the ECU, and the SAFC's white wire to the end that goes into the harness.

Yes i know that but in the instructions it says to use a male female connection which I dont have. Can I just solder them?

Yes, it's better to solder them anyway.

i remeber seeing a harness for 16 dollars somewhere, I'll try looking for it. If not search for S-afc harness on google or yahoo. Just do it this way, it'll help you transfer it to another car if you plan to.

Not meaning to hi-jack a thread, I have a AFC from my old car and plan on using it for fuel issues since I already have it. Can anyone post a wiring diagram/install guide, or even what color wires to what ecu pins, it would be much appreciated. I was also wondering if the AFC's ability to monitor manifold pressure could double as a boost gauge and if so would it be reliable (am getting a regular boost guage so it isn't a big deal I am just curious). Thanks in advance.

The SAFC does not connect to/monitor the car's MAP signal.
