Post Ganzflow Question

is it bad to drive around with the ganzflow installed and the ECU not reset yet?? also, there is this odd noise coming from it when i high rev at 6000 rpm, it sounds like wind going through the tube, and i know it is an intake and is suppose to do that but is it suppose to be that loud???

No no. The ECU will learn that you have added a new intake eventually. The ECU senses the differences in MAP signal (because of increased airflow). Therefore, you do not necessarily have to do an ECU reset. But you can, if you wish for a quicker result from the intake.

When my brother and i installed his aem cold air intake into his 99 perlude it made a big diff in noise. this sucker was so much louder and the passenger could hear the air sucking shhhssshhhh through the cone. its tight once you hit like 4500-5000 rpm. but about the ecu i would always reset it every time you install any engine mod.
peace
