Default TWE Camms are looking Mighty good

Who in this forum has the TWE camms and what your thought about them? do they say what everyone raves about Camms? and are they camms design to work hand and hand with their other after maker parts or would the aftermarket (other than TWE) would work just as well?

My current setup

GFB pulley kit
Injen CAI
Borla Header (no more than a sound mod if you ask me)
Stock Cat
Apex'1 N-1 (but seriously considering the Bruellen block back exhaust)

Also I almost forgot do you have to do the same thing as Cobb where you have to send back your stock camms?

Thanks for all your help guys...

let's keep this forum alive with all the useful information for us in a Turbo world!...

Frakk's2.5 - as with most places, there's a core exchange available on the cams. You install the new set and you send your old set back.

The TWE cames are slightly more aggressive then Cobb's Spicy cams, however idle is still fairly good.

is true, then no, it won't work so well w/ a Turbo/SC.... too much overlap for a good turbo setup..

What problems or compromises are made with these cams?
CEL?
pass inspections? (NJ for me)
I'd liek to see a pro vs cons comparison if anyone has that type of info.

most likely going to throw misfire codes on 4 cylinders, noisey valve train, you may be able to pass inpsection, if they don't do any kind of OBD-2 emissions scanning.

If the computer is going to throw missfire codes... would that compromise how the computer runs the engine?
