. i liked watching subaru kick their arses all over the world. lol. i like the new schematic of the pug. though. what do you guys think?

Not bad, I kinda expected a more trick paint scheme like what Ford has. It should be a fairly easy scheme to duplicate on the Tamiya Pug WRC model too, with Studio 27 decals.

Personally, i liked the dark blue Pug that Harri rovanperra sometimes drove this past season. the red is okay.

I like the new Marlboro Peugeot livery. Very simple but bold @ the same time IMO.

Mitsu did NOT pull out of WRC. They have drastically limited their 2003 WRC campaign to regroup and come back stronger in 2004. They will be running certain rounds of the 2003 season to test/develop the Lancer and to gain knowledge on new rounds of the championship.

I kinda like it. It fits on a few different levels:

1. It's now a red vs. blue thing, Peugot vs. Subaru. What colors are this year's Fords? (sorry I havne't been on the net much lately)

2. It's a more bold, dramatic color, probably goes well with Burns' attitude.

3. Marlboro sponsoring is bad because of cigarettes, but they're a well-recognized brand here in the U.S. , it might help bring rally closer to being a mainstream American motorsport.

... or maybe I'm just crazy. Happy New Years,

The Red is sharp, and more recognizable than the bland silver, but I'm kind of disappointed in the cigarette sponsorship (goes for 555 too).

I like the red, and by the way, could care less if it is a cigarrette sponser. I mean really, it doesn't make me want to smoke, and most people I know that do smoke want to smoke, like to smoke, and will continue smoking even though I remind them how painful a death they will have.

So I say, Rally on and smoke 'em if you got 'em.

red looks great

about smoking, it has got to be the dumbest, most pointless act a person can do ... spend money (which we all don't have a lot of) on something that degrades our ability to BREATHE, slows us down, causes chemical imbalances in the body, kills us, causes cancer, steals our voice, messes our health up and oh, smells like ass, etc and BTW it has absolutely NO positive effects except something to pass the time. I'll work out, wash my car, anything to pass time but smoke cigarettes YUCK!

I did smoke and quit because it sucked so bad and it didn't make me cool as I thought ... it made me look nasty and retarded. Glad to be breathing free and clear!
