ill tell you this that the pullys are great, when they arent SLIPPING, but otherwise they are the best mod for the money. I cant tell you about the exhasut cus I bought my car with the omp thats on it. but your setup sounds like what im planning, and i plan to eliminate the cats. But yea, those headers are looking mighty tempting, then im thinking about some sort of ecu mods.

in my opinion the Borla Headers are nothing but a sound Mod you might notice some gains but nothing to be in awe about I do agree with liigod the Pulley's are the best mod it is worth the money and time BTW the stock HP to our cars is 120 at the wheels maybe even less if you are planning on a Cat back I would say to spend the extra money and get an intake the exhaust and intake in my opinion work in conjuction with each other I have tried 3 intakes and in my opinion the Gravel Sports intake is the best intake to get for our cars (GC8), anyway if you want to find out where to get it PM me...

The Pulleys do help, but they do not give you any extra horsepower. They reduce drivetrain and accessory power loss, therefore, giving you more power to the wheels. I will say that if you are looking to gain power to the wheels through improving on drivetrain loss, then get a lightened flywheel instead of the pulleys. More money, harder to install, but you will be losing 15-20 lbs of rotational weight instead of 4.

Also, if you are looking for an exhaust system that will give you the most power, then look at the MRT header back system. It has been dynoed at 14-15 horsepower at the wheels.

These coupled with a good cold air intake should give you a very nice kick in the pants over stock.

Dude, that has to be the longest run-on sentence I have ever seen.

That would run you about $7000 not to mention the labor (if don't do it yourself)...

A supercharger kit will be available soon, complete with engine management in the 3k range. You can see some more details here

The short answer is NO, it is not easy to get big power gains from inexpensive mods with these cars. However, you can do pretty well for $2-3k.

Some Cobb cams ($400 + about $600-800 for install), MRT full exhaust (about $650 I think), Injen intake (or Cobb or whoever - about $250), and an S-AFC (about $300) should give you noticeably more power. Add in that lightweight flywheel (I have a Fidanza aluminum on my car) to let the motor rev a bit more freely and you'll be in the $3k range (including labor).
