nekoball: On order

makofoto: Acutally, the tape is on there because I broke that part of the bumper off... the tape is just holding the broken piece in place. The instruments are all Apex... the AVCR (boost control), SAFC (air flow converter), RSM-GP (rev and speed meter... also eliminates fuel cut)

DemiG ... yes that's why I can't have a low front spoiler ... I have to go over to many steep drive ways, and I'm always trying to tuck myself in ... and going over those parking divider/stop thingy's.

So ... have you used all of those devices to do your own tuning ... rather then having your ECU reprogrammed?

I explained this like, two post above you .... but yeah, the tape is on there because I cracked my bumper, and if I dont have tape on there, a piece of it will fly off on the freeway... the reason why it's on the fender is beause when the bumper cracked, it broke the mounting hole which holds the fender and bumper together... and about the black piece... thats only the stock bumper, I didnt cut anything off, once you take the stock bumper off, that black piece comes off with it. As far as the Apex stuff... I've tuned it, and am satisfied with them... I know a piggyback would probally squeeze a little more power out of my car, but I'm not that desperate to blow my car up... the electronics I have right now, do their job, and do it pretty well

DemiG ... what really impressed me about my EcuTek re-programs is how smooth the power delivery is. The spikeiness is gone ... power comes on earlier and there is a nice linear quality to it. Shiv's dyno gave me about 290 CHP with 94 octane and mid 80's. (280 with 91 octane ... I have dual programs.) On these cold evenings ... it turns into a minor monster ...

Engine wise, I've got an APS Up-pipe, APS aluminum IC intake manifold, STI IC, IC sprayer, Down-pipe back Stromung exhaust ending in a ProDrive muffler, the snorkus has been replaced with that direct connector linking the air intake to the K&N filtered air box.

How do you think you've done with your own tuning ... power delivery ... times? I've gotten into the 13.9's ... 98 mph ... but have never gotten the start all together. I'm weighing in at 3080 w/o myself.

That's the Scoobysport. Sounds great - although one friend calls it "the car from the Jetson's."

Rally Stuff

Nope that's how good they are built. I was driving the #5 and my helmet hit the roof on every run but did not ever get that far off the ground. It was the best rally cross I have ever been to. Took 1st. place with FTD. Every one with a Subaru should partake in one or two.
