well in Asia RHD countries are Japan, Thailand, and Hong Kong city..and maybe few others...I am in Taiwan it's LHD.

My buddy's Volvo has one that came stock, and I have seen them on Bimmers too. Its an extra light in one taillight that you can push a switch and it lights up a small spot on your one taillight, and its bright as hell. He says he uses it to get people off of his ass while he's driving. I've always wanted something like that, cuz tailgaters piss me off!

it's a rear foglight. i remember one of the old school mods (maybe Glenn Wallace?) retrofitted a euro/aus rear foglight to his old gc impreza.

some USDM cars got em too. I was following an LR3 and bright rear lights came on...thought it was brake lights but they stayed on. He was just pimping and rolling with his "fog" lights on because it was SO foggy out.

Park far far away then when you go to the store, especially soccer mom stores (grocery stores, wal-mart, etc.) I ALWAYS park way in the back of parking lots... I don't mind walking and knowing my car won't get hit by some careless kid or some idiot makes it even better.
