Default Friend's WRX

This is my best friend's WRX. I'm his mechanic. Well sort of. Ive done all the mods to his car except the spoiler and short shifter installation.

I installed an HKS Turbo Timer for him and placed it in the change holder. I craked open his head lights and custom painted the head lights black. And I helped him with his imitation STI foglight covers. (I had some vinyl STI decals made and used that as a stencil since the stencil that came with the covers sucked) and I did the wastegate restrictor mod.

Davenow - What rear underspoiler is that? Looks almost like the OEM rear skirt from the sides, but the back looks different... looks awesome. I'm not really a fan of the OEM rear underspoiler 'cause of the wierd back end, but yours looks smooth.

Default Drop

Havent measured it, but its pretty far. I would say close to 3 inches in the front 1 1/2 in the back.
I set it so the control arems are ALMOST dead level.
As low as a 3 or more inch drop sounds, I have NO rubbing, NO scraping on speedbumps, and the lowest point of my car is the front lip, which is roughly 5 1/2-6 inches from the ground.
It has camber plates in the front, Camber bolts were needed in the rear.
Alignment is set at -1.5 front -1.1 rear and ZERO toe all around
The suspension is
JIC FLT-A2 coilovers
Whiteline front sway bar22mm
Whiteline Rear Sway bar20-24mm
Whiteline rear end links
Whiteline front strut brace, going to get a rear soon

Handling? AMAZING

Default Coilovers

For 1400 DO IT.
The ride height is SO easy to adjust. No messing with the spring perches. Just jack up car, take off wheel unlock lower collar and screw entire shock/spring assembly down into or up out of the lower mount.
No messing with the springs, so no resetting the preload.

DragII, thats a sweet pic.
