I'm new to the Sube' thing. Any body have experience with 2.2L oil levels for motorsports? I know some cars like a little extra, some like it a little low. Am I going to blow seals at high RPM if I have it a little overfilled? Any advice would be appreciated.

Whether you race or not never overfill an engine. Whomever told you that the engine "likes a little extra" probably hasn't been feeling well lately.
