Where can I find out more about this kit? Who sells this kit? Who has opinions on this kit? Yadayadayada.

If I remember correctly, I think Minnam went out of business. Wait for Shiv to finish his kit, that's the one I have the most confidence in at this time. However, RalliSpec and Cobb are working on competition, but I may be old and gray before their's come out!

the original Minnam split up, but the Canadian kits are still being built (don't know the new name of the company though). Shiv is a dealer for Minnam (along with building his own kit).

That sucks, I was interested in the stage 1 kit. Those other kits are a little too full blown for me, at least for now. I'm more interested in a mellow type of turbo. Does anyone else make this? And spare me the "Intake, Exhaust, and S-AFC" solution, that's not what I'm looking for.

Minnam is called Technik now. The stage I is basically the stage II without a few pieces like the intercooler (which I believe you should really have). If you talk to them, they'd be more than happy to work a custom setup for you (ie: minus the AFC and electronics if you want to go TEC-II, etc.).

Yes, Shiv's kit uses the Minnam but I believe he's refining it to make it even better!

Thanx Ken, The site doesn't seem to be working right now, but I'll try later. I don't think I'll need the intercooler if the stage 1 kit runs low boost, but I'll have to see what they have. Basically I'm just browsing through my options.

Stage One is basically this:

- Turbonetics T3/T4 hybrid turbo
- Turbonetics Deltagate wastegate (set at 5psi)
- Ceramic coated uppipe/downpipe
- Downpipe is 2.5" I believe, can't remember about the uppipe.
- All assorted hoses/piping
- Greddy Airinx filter

You can add or take off bits and pieces like fuel computer, MAP boost fix, RRFPR, etc..

stageI-also includes APEX-i S-AFC, GREDDY filter,custom aluminum adaptor, and GREDDY turbo timer.
STAGE II- custom top mount intercooler, GREDDY TypeS BOV with 19mm Outlet, and APEX-i Super ITC.

TechnikMotorwerks' site shouldn't be up for a while and they are getting rid of their STAGE I kit due to lack of sales. STAGE II's will be reduced to $5900CAD= app.$3880US

For what its worth, their intercoolers are made from Spearco cores with their own endtanks.
