Default SOA actually using the "STi" name

So what happened to the STi trademark dispute? Does this mean no more SPT?

What dispute?

Fuji Heavy has already successfully registered STi as a trademark for "Automobiles, their structural parts and their structural fittings." See http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?r...entry=75454346

And Fuji Heavy has applied for a registration for STi when used for "Maintenance and repair of automobiles and their structural parts." See http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?r...entry=76190204
