Default DCCD on the fly?

I'm not sure how the DCCD works entirely, if someone has a link or something, or I'm an idiot and it's 2 posts below mine, let me know.

My question. Can you laucn the car at the 50/50 computer controlled, and then once you're into say 2nd, or 3rd gear put it to 35/65 for better top end? And does it provide better top end, or is it simply for easier drifting, and getting the added benefits of rear wheel drive handling?

The DCCD is not for "easier drifting".

It is all about balance and grip.

You can change the setting at any time I believe. If you were drag racing I wouldn't even start at full front, I'd just start with full rear, there is still enough front grip to get you launched.
