Default Just got 2 STI's, guaranteed!

Just got two STI's, one red, one blue, guiaranteed for MSRP from the dealer I got my WRX for.
six speeds, no radios, no dealerinstalled options, for MSRP. woohoo! in writing, all set to go.

Sorry, just a little happy right now!

Cool idea. I wasn't aware they were bringing red over however, but if they do I hope it's not the Sedona Red Pearl.

Electric red, not the Sedona red. have not seen it, but the dealer would not guarantee me both in blue, so I had to agree for one of each (with hoping for both blue )

OH well, I was told there would be WRB and Electric red, only two colors, no more.

If it is wrong, oh well, it is only a color, I do not mind... I am just relaying what I have heard and be told, I could be wrong on color, I have no problem admitting it....

we will see. I would rather two in Blue, so we will see what happens...

yeah, well, it is all what you spend your money on It took me a while before I could say that, and lots of hard work, but I can now

I am a sales manager and business manager at a (non-Subaru) import dealership ranked #1 in the country in CSI. So we do good volume I also have an internet Business I run for extra income

The big thing is, no marriage, and no family yet. Not that either of those are bad (both are good) but they do change how you spend your money

My dealer called this morning and said blue, black, silver or yellow. Who knows what colors there will be.

Are you really all that anxious to get it on the track? Not that this car isn't track worthy already, but from the way to talk it sounds like you plan to be serious between the walls...

I'd imagine that Subaru plans for a track model to come along in just a few months, which I expect would be a better starting point...

Either way, just promise me your track STi will have gold wheels...

If they fit, the track car will have 16" SSr competitions, in GOLD if they do not fit, the stock 17" will stay...

Well, yeah, they may have the track version out, but when? In time for this year, no, the STI will probably only make it for the last half of the season, so may not get any time (all depends on release, but have to be in the same car to qualify for overall title). so who knows.....I figured this was the best way to start...I can always change, right? I can pass of one STI to someone, and wait for a track version....might find out the STI will not be here till September, which means I woudl not race it this year....so time will tell, but for now, this seemed like the best option.

The car for the track WOULD get a few changes. stripped interior, Momo seat, full welded car, Hopefully DMS50MM track coilovers, etc..

and Gold Wheels

Not that any of these dealers are wrong (although the fact that every dealer is giving a different story....)

But the SOA information for dealers will be given on the 11th. This is the date for the dealers to learn about the STi and get all the details (cost, alotment, options, rules, etc).

Until then, the dealers are just like us: guessing.

hmm two STi's which are absolutely fantastic and will dominate the turbo AWD market, or 1 sweet car that will annihilate anything including a mclaren F1 from 0-60. tough one.

for more than 50K, id be looking at either a nice luxury M3 or importing a group B. But im just a sucker for motorsports.

I hope your mother taught you to share

Lucky guy...make sure the blue one is your street car and the other color becomes track. The blue one is so much more hotter and deserves to be untouched.
