Default Drew's 2017 WRX Dark Grey

So my 2007 BMW 328xi with 68k miles had some weird noise coming from the front drivetrain and after a month at the dealership I was told they couldn't figure it out. But they wanted to start replacing the transfer case then the front diff and see if either of those fixed it... which would have cost me close to $7k to do... so I just traded it in and went back to Subaru because in the end it was cheaper for me to buy a new WRX than to fix my BMW. So here we are.

2017 WRX Base dark grey.

What it has so far: This one came with the STi short throw shifter, auto dim mirror and rubber floor mats.

As of 9/27/2016:
Blacked out headlights
Blacked out chrome oval emblems
OLM 35w HID 5k
Diode Dynamics C lights with DRL harness
15% window tint
Bayson R front lip
Red grill pinstrip, WRX red shifter inlay
Tinted reverse/turn signal section of tail light
Sti trunk swap
My XXR 18" 527's

Plans:
-Mud flaps (not that I want them, I just don't want chipped paint)
-maybe an axleback (i'm not looking to make this car faster)
-maybe some lowering springs (we'll see how it all feels this winter)
-make the stereo sound better but retain my reverse camera and bluetooth probably add a 5 channel amp and a subwoofer.
-Cobb Accessport (not for a while. Post warranty)

August 14th, 2016 figured I should taking a couple photos before I start changing things:

is the kicker sub plug and play? if not then I might try just adding a different subwoofer to the stock head unit.

Plans:
-Some brighter low beams. (not sure what to go with)
-Black out the housing of the headlights
-dechrome the little bit that's on the outside
-5% tint in the back windows and 15% on the front windows
-rims
-maybe some lowering springs (we'll see how it all feels this winter)

Wow. That is some REALLY aggressive tint. I hope you don't have to drive at night!
As for the DRLs, I would highly recommend the Diode Dynamics LED C lights and an accompanying harness.
Congrats on the new car!

I've had dark tint on all of my cars, never had a problem. I might do the Diode Dynamics LED C light later on.

I saw a black one the other day and was so glad I went with the dark grey instead.

Thanks dude. This one was taken with my Canon 5D mkiii and a Canon 50mm f/1.2 L

So I am almost done with my wife's 2005 Mini Cooper John Cooper Works, just needs springs. I'll post a photo of it here just for giggles. I spent my whole Saturday blacking out here headlights (so much more difficult than subarea's headlights)

The kicker sub is plug n play and so is the rest of the kicker speakers and tweeter upgrades. Congrats on the new car, your mod list outside of lowering springs looks eerily like my plans for mine. This is first car I've been more focused on the looks and doing old-man mods (speakers, headlights, cargo net) than messing with what's under the hood.

I have 15% tint on the sides and 5% on the back without any visibility issues.

I just did them yesterday. As soon as I get the rims and lip installed in the next couple weeks I'll definitely take more/better pictures.

Got the tint on today. I did 15% all the way around (except the windshield).

Sorry, it's in instagram form. I'll get some photos next week after I get the lip and wheels on.

alright, so I had two OLM HID kits tried all 4 ballasts and 2 of the lights and and none of them would ignite. I might need to go with a different brand.

(Never mind, figured it out)
