Default SOLO I safety requirements

I am thinking of getting a novice license for SOLO I but I am curious as to what safety requirements there are. I would like to get some more track time but I don't want to get a rollcage to do it.

I have paticipated in track days in the past with my Z and am dying to get my WRX on the track now that I have it set up.

If anyone knows the rules or knows of any track-days coming up at Road Atlanta let me know.

Thanks
Mike K

IIRC, proper scca solo1 requires roll protection (but im not positive on that one) fire bottle on board, fire suit for driver, and batt. cut off switch. so pritty much a preped racecar, safty wise. for all the righ info, check out the scca page at www.scca.org
