Post Which short shift?

I have a 1994 wrx and i want a short shift kit. What shift kit can be used in the 94 wrx? Also im in Australia does anyone know where i can get them from? Which one is the shortest?

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe the complete kits would work in the 94. I think the linkage is vastly improved in the new ones, so you'd want the linkage too. If you're really into spending money, get the STi kit and a Kartboy lever, then top it with a round knob. I'm sure there are local distributors in Au, but I haven't a clue about them.

Um. You should change your prefs to reflect the '94 WRX instead of '95. And then maybe for future reference try one of the turbo forums.
