I am self-employeed, so I get a raise only if I work harder.

7.75%. But my union was with out contract for over 5 years. The raises in th ne contract will make up for the lost years.
Thankfully i wasn't employed here for most of those years.

I am union where I work, so I get raises every 6 months until I hit my pay cap (Less than a year to go actually...) which will be around $20/hr if I remember correctly. (Currently 17.54)

Well it took 2 years but looks like I'm getting at least a 3% raise, but it's only 3% of what I make now which is pretty piss in CA.

11.5% and I think 2.25% profit sharing this year.

and as usual 18 days paid off. 10 vacation, 4 personal 4 sick. Full benifits...10 or so bucks a week.

I hate the car line I work on but like the company I work for and the people I work with, only thing that keeps me there.

i got 9.25% this year. i just started june of last year. its a combo raise however. the company increased the base pay of my job. so i got the increase on that plus a 4.5% regular raise. which turned out to 9.25% total. i was happy with that news the other day =)
