Default stalling on cold starts

recently adding my turbo, evcr, and safc, my car dies out after getting started for 5 or so seconds when cold starting. I am wondering if this could be my spark plugs doing this? Judging from the plugs, there are some black dust (too rich it looks like), using BKR6eix-11 (OE Heat range). Anyone ever have this problem? Its still stock Fuel Pump and Injectors... Would I have to put in some Deceleration-Air Corrections SAFC or does that even do anything?

can my 1000rpm lo on the SAFC setting be set too rich so the car stalls out during cold starts?

You shouldn't need to make any fuel adjustments for the Lo setting if you are running stock injectors below 2500(depending on your turbo setup and engine) or so rpms.

The Lo settings will come in handy for part throttle accelerations at higher rpms when the turbo is already spooling pretty good.

Edit:
You will have to fine tune your throttle percentage settings to get a good balance between your LO and HI settings.

ever since my turbo upgrade, I can smell the exhaust a lot sharper with gas smell, maybe because its a 3" high flow turbo back? Not sure but when I was stock, it was'nt like this at all. Can turbo backpressure at idle make its run more efficient and burn off less fuel? The exhaust note sounds really really rich at low throttle rpm(or idle)... kinda like if I was at a gas station...
