Default Rough idle,Boost surge and running lean with Video

Hey guys I'm pretty much lost with this. I recently had a blown head gasket and after getting it fixed I started running rich. My oem bov hose had a leak so I replaced that as well as my aem intake filter and cleaned my MAF. Now I am idle searching on cold starts and my boost gauge does the same( -28 to -24inhg). Not to mention my wideband shows I'm running lean on cold starts (16.5-17.6) after 10 min of warming up everything goes back to normal. Boost reads at -22 inhg and wideband at 14-15. Car only has a a catless turboback exhaust and aem short ram. Currently not running a tune since 02-03 can handle the mods ( from what I saw on here) getting a xpt tune in 2 weeks but wanting to get this fixed before. Help is greatly appreciated!
This is the car on idle. i didnt press the gas at all.

I am guessing it is your tune, oem tune on the 02-03 WRX's can handle running your mods and be safe(r) than the 04+. Your fuel trims are probably high due to intake and tbe. Pull a learning view and see what it reads for AF stored #'s.

You might want to check with XPT because your intake is not one that works with his maps without modification. OTS is color by numbers. Generally speaking, you have to follow what the map calls for or you are going to have issues. OEM is set for oem stuff, with more wiggle room on 02-03, but you can still run into issues if you over do it.
