MY00 Legacy ECU same as MY00RS?

I was trying to install S-AFC on my MY00 Legacy this evening. After taking out the ECU, I noticed that the wire colours are all different than what MY00 RS diagram indicated.

B135#7 is the same, green/red.
B134#30(rpm), 00RS is Blue, 00Legacy has orange.
B136#17(throttle), 00RS is light green, 00legacy is black/white.
B134#35 (ground), 00RS is black/yellow, 00Legacy is blue.
B136#5 is the same, pink.

The number of pins looks identical, but I don't dare to try it out till I figure this out.

Get a service manual. Or else get friendly with one of the mechanics are the dealer shop and hook up with a few pages from the Legacy ECU wiring diagram.

If you really need it, I can get that information and give it to you. You need to let me know which wires and data you're looking for.

Actually, I got a copy of wiring diagram of MY00 Legacy. Although the wire colours are different, they are the same. I had my S-AFC up and running last night, (well with a minor problem though.)
