What do you think the best struts would be to go with p1 springs? I am not really worried about the ride too much, as long as it is driveable. My current setup is tein softechs and stock struts and I need something a little higher and with better performance. I was thinking sti ver 5/6 RAs, or KYB AGX. Does anyone know where to get Sti struts for a good price?
Thanks, Scott

Guess you guys are lucky that you can source the springs separately - last summer I couldn't do that even though I found a set of STi struts for cheap (instead of the jacked price I paid for when I got the whole kit). V5 STi Red Strut would be the one to use...

.... or ver.6, following up on kgb's post.
have you guys talked to avsports at all??? i got my ver.6 takeoffs for a great price. i rec'd both the struts and the springs, ended up selling the ver.6 springs and with the money, buy the p1 springs. all in all, the setup was relatively cheap, and i love it. i've already posted some pics of my car in the members rides forum (don't get excited, my car is pretty plain) before and after, and yeah, i'd say it was a 3/4" - 1" drop. oh, and kgb, if you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for the setup? greg |

oh, and scott, i don't know where sebastopolitioloitosllieotoroslol is
, but if you're ever in the southern ca area and want to see what the ver.6/p1 setup feels like, drop me a line. oh, and i've never heard of that city, so i'm guessing that it's north? greg |

Unless someone knows wher to get some sti struts for around 4-500 $, I think I am going to go with the KYB AGXs.
Sebastopol is West of Santa Rosa, which is about 45 min-hour north of SF. |

they are all the same strut the springs are designed to work with that strut ... but in a pinch the kybagx will also work well |
