Post Idle question?

My RS has 8500 miles on it and since day one it has a strangle idle. Is it just the way the car is? When I am sitting at a stop I can feel the engine jerking a little bit at idle. I do not know whether it is normal or not and I know that my dealer does not either. I have heard people say that it has something to do with braking in but it still does it. Just curious.

A little idle chop is normal. If you see the shifter dancing around quite a bit though and you don't have STi engine / tranny mounts then perhaps it is running a bit rough.
