for maximum effectiveness against SRT-4, consider changing boost fluid every 1 miles.

A friend of mine calls tampons spark plugs.

So, I feel that you should change your spark plugs whenever they get too soiled - teflon or not.

Now thatthe SRT-4 is coming out, it will never matter how often you change it. You will still be slow.

how often to change your boost fluid is dependent upon what size pulley you are using on your turbo

Careful, folks. Don't do anything that might overwork your trunkmonkey.

blinker fluid should be changed at the same time as the boost fluid.

Don't forget to clean out your spark wires. you don't want anything getting in the way of the spark charge. If you're losing performance, try boring out the wires a little more.

You can substitute marbles for mufler bearings in a pinch. just pour them in with the oil, and they'll flow to the proper location.

I hear the new STi sprays boost fluid directly over the intercooler for maximum turbocity.

I don't do it as often as I should, as I don't have a set of left-handed wrenches.

You should change it atleast every season to the appropriate fluid. Just like you change the air in your tires to winter air in the winter, and summer air in the summer. Or else you'll risk blowing your doforlator valve.

Have any of you guys tried the new intercooler heater for those REALLY cold mornings?

Just be careful, turbo fluid is highly flammable like NAWS!

yeah but you have to push the button in the STi. The SRT-4 automagically predicts when you want the boost fluid sprayed on the intercooler, and it has a thermostat where you can set the intercooler's temp to regular/cold/NAWS from inside the cabin.
