It has been awhile for me and this thread, but I do have another one:

Dear Mr.corsica,
I was not trying to race your sideways mounted lopsided overheating v6 in a unibody that bent by its original four cylinder. It is only me in my 1987 GL taking off rather quickly in my 90hp never rebuilt boxer with a "new" double vacuum advance chamber in tune with my 280cfm 20 year old hitachi. It seems I am getting more related to a 68 wheelie poppin gasser beetle than the rest of mainstream autos. I hope you understand.

sorry to scare you into stomping on the throttle tough guy. the rods like to fly in that one...My middle finger had a booger on it. Sorry to offend.

thanks for reading,
the future of the boxer

Dear Geo Tracker Lady In STOWE,

Never pull out in front of a nearly fully loaded Best Buy Delivery Truck. Yes we may have big drum brakes but that doesn't mean we stop on a dime. Having to slam on the brakes on something like that isn't the most pleasent thing in the world. You must also realize that what if I had an even larger load closer to 24000gvw instead of what i was running at nearly 20000GVW today I probably would have ran right into the side of your lil vehicle, Injuring if not killing you and your infant child in the rear set. YES I got close enough to see into the rear of your car. SO next time deal with being behind a truck like mine and possiably having to go a lil slower up steep grades cause I can't keep 40+ up hill.

Dear fellow student in my tuesday night aviation class,

I thank you for coming to me on break the other night to compliment me on the awesome speed of my car. After giving you a slightly puzzled look, you explain to me that we were "racing" on airport drive after the previous week's session. I'm sorry I did not realize that was you in the 2001 ford explorer that was next to me at the stoplight, and furthermore, I'm sorry that I did not realize that we were drag racing, and also that i did not make any effort to outaccelerate you. It just happened. (go figure) For future reference, street racing is for losers, and trying to do it in an underpowered 2 ton SUV just makes you look like an even bigger loser.

Dear all slow drivers this morning on my way to work,

Please do not be upset when I legaly pass you when you are doing more then 5 under the speed limit, and if you are hogging the left lane on a highway and doing 5 under, I AM going to pass you on the right. I don't like doing it, but I will.

Also to the shiny Explorer, please, when I pass you when you are doing 37 in a 55, do not try to keep up with me and follow me around a corner, as you found out this morning it does not end well for you when you end up missing the corner, going over a curb, turfing someones lawn, and taking out a few small sapplings. If you would drive the speed limit, this would never have happened.

Disrespectfully yours,

The wagon that safely made the turn

Dear 50yr old man in your big n bad BALLLLIN BMW X5,

Please don't tailgate me and cut me off on to the merge in local roads when i was going 40mph.

2nd - Yes I did pass you at the lights near the braintree T stop but please dont tailgate me AGAIN on the rotary when their is another vehicle going slow in front of me.

3rd - I'm not trying to race you so stop chasing me on the highway when i drive spiritedly on a nice day minding my own business.

4th - How nice of you when you tried to block me off by speeding up next to me so i couldnt merge on to 93N out to Boston

5th - You really pissed me off this time by showing how baller you are with your dirtbag driving skills and your luxurious X5, so i floored my LGT and passed your X5, pass through the cluster of traffic so you couldnt catch up.
sorry to the drivers that i passed by in traffic but i didnt want this X5 tailgating me on my commute.

Sincerely,

a debadged camry look alike with a hood scoop.

Dear Evo driver,
When I pulled up next to you in my White 2.5i and waved and gave you the peace sign..it wasnt an invitation to race. Next time, dont slow down to a creep then do a ricer fly by, im seriously not that impressed.

Dear Cobalt Driver,
Im not sure if you realized this, but the reason i slowed down on the highway was because the crown Vic next to me was a police car. Suprisingly he didnt pull you over when you flew by us, lucky bastard.

Sincerely Yours,
The white 2.5i that lost to an Evo and a Cobalt

To the retards driving an Audi A4 and a Corvette that were racing on 495 north (near the exit for Route 213 (Methuen)) this morning at speeds in excess of 100mph (my estimate; I was driving 65 at the time) I hope there was a State Trooper up ahead ready to pull you over.

Racing at any time on the street is stupid. To be doing so when the roads are full of cars is reckless endangerment and you deserve to be put in jail.

Not impressed!

Dear Soccer Mom,
While pulling out of the parking lot of the plaza, onto the (insert technical name of the street-ish thing that goes around the parking lot, I'm brain-farting right now.) I realized I couldn't see because of the bushes, so I pulled up very slowly to ensure that I didn't pull out in front of anyone. Thus, when I saw you and stopped immediately, it was completely unneccessary for you to flip out and nearly roll your minivan over at 10 miles an hour (a feat to say the least.) The thing that really hit a nerve is when you waved at me to slow down, wtf? I was barely moving! Please, pay more attention to the roadway so that you aren't suprised next time the car pulling ever-so-slowly out suddenly becomes more than a bumper and a pair of headlights.
Sincerely
The magic appearing car.

Dear Explorer Driver,

I know it was nice out yesterday, and you probably were busy lighting a butt at the in of traffic at the red light while on the phone and checking out your leathery, already sunburnt skin in the rear view. That doesn't make "I think my foot slipped off the brake or something" a reasonable excuse for slamming the OB wagon behind me into the back of my Rex. Yes, you nailed two Subarus in one bad move (the OB was 1 week old). While everyone was already stopped. Including you. And the light was red the whole time.

Thank you for ruining my bumper and my Sunday. I suppose this is why I shouldn't have washed my car yesterday.

Sincerely,

Knows how to stop

Dear blue hair Cadillac driver,

Yes it's raining, and yes, you are passing people, but when we get to a clear spot, please move over, and let the rest of us that would like to go the speed limit rather than your 5MPH under by.

Sincerely,
The 30 cars lined up behind you

Dear Truck Driver who can't keep the gravel and dirt he's carrying in his truck,

Thanks for turning my 45 minute commute into a 2 hour one today. Those turns by RT 9 sure are sharp. Next time slow down and stay out of the left lane.

Sincerely

Dear Toyota Camry driver in North Quincy...
I would like to compliment you on your great driving skills. When I was stopped at that red light and you had the green, you didn't go right away. Instead, you actually waited until I had the green to go, which was a bold and daring manuver. Then, you proceeded to reach a top speed of 15 mph in a 30. Wow! That must have been thrilling to see all those cars lined up behind you, all with their pretty lights on, but you were too good for lights at 8:30pm, weren't you? You daredevil! And the way you turned on your directional at the next green light and repeated the same exact manuver you showed me before? Priceless. Especially when you did it in front of the police officer sitting in the Foley Chrysler parking lot. I think he approved of your style and sass as well, from the looks of those blue lights on top of his cruiser. I was honored to see such an exposition of incredible driving skill. Thank you.

Default too early in the morn..

Dear mr purple ford escort driver,
At 530 am on a saturday, not happy about my destination.. attempting to fly by with that piece of crap is not a good idea after riding my bumper. By the time I hit fifth you'll be pissing the same pants holding that gay crotch of yours that feeds the motivation of your gay painted purple escort... just when I thought the purple precious prelude with an exhaust pipe bigger than a 600hp diesel was as gay as it got...along comes an american version. Is it a big gay gathering cult or what...
p.s. The line of road rage wasn't crossed. This is what you get when my homophobia is agitated....

I am beyond kidding around. Should I go get diagnosed some brain pills and pretend like the rest of the world?

Dear street biker,

I know my car is fairly fast and clearly caught your fancy but if you like it, just give a wave and I'll be sure to acknowledge you back in kind. The appropriate acknoledgement is not to do a burnout while stopped at a red light with cars in front of and behind you. I am not so likely to respond to that other than rolling my eyes and enjoying the lovely spring scent of burning rubber in the smoke you spewed into my car and the surrounding area. But at least you got your tires up to temperature to prepare to follow that 98 Dodge Caravan in front of you.

Sincerely,

Impressed

PS: I'm sure the other cars at the light with you enjoyed this as much as I did, if not more.

Dear Wyoming transit short-bus driver,

I'm glad you care enough about safety to slow down to 25 mph when descending Teton Pass (WY-22), but when you blithely pass numerous turnouts while holding up a line of traffic you're just being an ass.

Dear High school kid driving the 2006 corvette ZO6 for prom,

You do not know how to drive a stick. You made this blatantly obvious when you stalled the car 6 (yes I counted) times on the way up the hill on Main street in town. Not only did you make a fool out of yourself, you embarrassed the hell out of your girlfriend. This was made very obvious by the fact that she was in the passenger seat leaning her elbow on the door and hiding her face behind her hand. Please, for the sake of you, your girlfriend, and the car, next year at prom, please drive something with an automatic transmission.

Sincerely, The guy in the WRX that was driving next to you and laughing on main street.

AND

To the kid in the POS 98 cavalier on NB I-275 the other day,
You did not look cool when you came racing up behind me, shot out and got right next to me. You also did not look cool when you put the car into neutral and revved the engine to red line while losing 20 mph in the process. I must admit, I loved the stock steelies with no hub caps, the lack of any discernible exhaust system, and your do it yourself window tint that was so bubbly, it made it look like the back seat of your car was filled to the roof with cola. My girlfriend who is normally 100% indifferent about cars and their drivers was even laughing at you. Congratulations, you are the first person I've ever seen accomplish that.

Sincerely, Guy and his girlfriend in the WRX who you brought a good laugh to.

P.S. i really do appreciate the good laugh, as we had been driving for about 9 hours straight and needed some comic relief.

Dear white trash escort owner-

I too had a bad experiance after work yesterday. I'm on the highway doing like 70-75, minding my own business in the middle lane. Some tools in a 87 escort like 4 shades of color and loud exhaust pulls up along side me and the passenger sticks his head out the car, looks my car up and down then gives me a thumbs down and cuts me off. I was like,....ok!
Hurt my feelings

Dear Anyone who is trying to race me,
I don't care if you have a faster car, a slower car or the same car. I will not race you and am laughing hard that you wasted so much gas. In case you didn't notice, prices at the pump aren't so good.

Sincerely,
