Dear WRB bugeye. Your lucky I saw you pulling out of that side road. The minivan obstructed your view of my lane. But before the minivan blocked my view of you I saw you pull out and was able to safely brake to a hard stop. That fart can you had sounded very tinny and awful.

Merry Christmas

Dear, Chevy or GMC pickup driver. I have your plate #13RF64. Thanks for nearly running the lady in front of me off the road after you decieded to cut the entire line of traffic on RT114 in Peabody by driving up the lefthand turn only lane in Wilson Sq. So that in the snow I could not stop in time and plow into her at 5mph. News flash jerk, you can't change lanes when someone occupies that space. Even she agrees it had nothing to do with me. Also thanks for shugging your shoulders at us and taking off after we both told you to stop. You are a Major douch bag.

Dear RE92's and Subaru ABS,

You both suck in the snow even when threshold braking (and most other conditions)!

Sincerely,
The guy that had to use the e-brake to make an initial d type avoidance maneuver to get around some idiot stopping on right right side of the road in a snow storm to take a left.

Dear hag in the Camry (or was that a malibu?),
When you pull into a parking lot, don't stop right past the entrance so the person behind you has their ass end in traffic. Granted, I was driving a Rendezvous, so an impact would have made the ass look BETTER, but still, ****ing move it!

Dear Every single jerk off on Central street in Stoughton this past week,
Why do you jerk offs feel the need to stay exactly 10 feet off of my bumper? Are you pacing me? Are you afraid of you don't follow that close the road will disappear? Did no-one tell you about the 2-second rule of traffic? Especially you Mr SUV during the snow storm. Do you not get the hint when I stomp on it and put some distance between us and return to the speed limit? Apparently not, because then I see you rushing up to get to that 10 foot spot again. Do you get the hint when I get off my accelerator? No, I guess you don't because once I get back up to speed there you are again.

Dear everyone who doesn't buy snow tires for the winter,

Get a clue, you live in New England. Or if you are poor, get off the highway when it snows. You suck.

Dear scronny white kid and friends in the Gay, Barny, magenta, fusia, 199? Neon with a fart can at the honey farms on highland st in worester,
First of all can you and your friends call each other ***** enough? If i would have counted im sure it would have been over 20 times in less than 5 mins. Second, please stop embarcing your self. Saying that my car isnt "*****" and then proceding to get into your purple turd on wheels and revving it to redline. I just couldnt help myself, I had to laugh. Your friend obviously didnt like that cause he tried to get out the car and come at me, LMFAO. I hope I didnt spray too much snow on you when i blew the car sideways from a standstill. LMFAO. I hope i see you on the road when there isnt snow out so i can embarass you at half throtle if i even feel its worth it at the time.

Threshold braking for most people really means "I think I can react better than ABS, but I'm actually wrong because I'm not as l33t a driver as I think I am."

and yes, braking on snow should be avoided as much as possible, regardless of tire choice.

Lol no kidding.

And following too close? I was at 6 car lengths back going 30, and tried to stop for that distance before I had to pull said e-brake maneuvers. I think the ABS fuse is getting pulled next storm.

And to think I had snow tires on the car not 3 days before this happened.

Clearly, yes. 6 car lengths isn't very far in the snow, nor is 30 mph that slow. If you were unable to stop in time before you had to pull some Colin McRae wannabe maneuver, you were either driving too fast or following too close. On top of that, you are under the impression that you can brake better than the ABS system, which unless you are an expert race car driver, you cannot. I was out driving around Acton during the last storm on New Years Eve morning and successfully made it the hour it took me each way without so much as a hiccup despite moron drivers all around me....because I drove slow and kept a huge following distance. 30 was too fast that particular morning.

I do agree with you, though...not having snow tires sucks. I didn't get any this year and my all seasons are crap in the snow.

I agree that 6 car lengths back wasn't quite long enough, but the point was that I didn't think I was better than the ABS, I just couldn't even touch the brake pedal without the ABS going on rendering my brakes basically useless.

Anyways on with the thread.

Dear Woman in Red Ford Taurus licence plate 16F V39 (MA),

Thank you very much for rear ending me on edgehill rd this morning in Framingham while I was stopped at a light waiting to turn onto Rt 9 east. You were stopped behind with no one behind you waiting for a green, so why in gods name did you hit me? Then, to top it off you just drove around me and drove off???

I will be giving Framingham P.D. a call. Thankfully there isn't much damage on my car, just a good scuff above my exhaust, but you did a hit and run. Big mistake.

Sincerly,

Pissed off Evo driver

Dear unknown Virginia douchebag. Thanks for putting a softball sized dent in the rear quarter panel of my mint wrx. I really appreciate you making sure it was centered right on the crease. Thanks for using your foot, butt or something big and soft so that it didn't break the paint. I wish I knew who you were so I could beat the cost of getting this repaired out of you. Karma will get you.

were you stopped with your blinker on? or were you one of those cars that thinks cause they show brake lights people know they are turning?

i'm hoping its the first of the two, cause the latter, pisses me off to no extent.

Thats one of my pet peeves as well, people who don't use turn signals.....

but its still a mute point, as its no excuse to rear end someone...... then commit a felony by fleeing the scene of a accident without even checking for injuries.

It was the first. We were both stopped before she started moving again and hit me, not once but twice. I found a second scratch/scuff. But I was sitting at red light with my blinker on. I was the third or fourth car in line.

DocCola- you should report that right away. If you left the scene of the accident also the police can not investigate an accident after the fact. This woman could be filing a report with her insurance company against you. Cover your arse- report it.
