Merged into my lane. Mind you, my headlights were about at the front of his passenger door when he started the merge. I think he was hearing impared as the horn didn't seem to have any impact, so my brakes had to suffice. I'm sure that if he did that with a Suburban next to him, he'd have bounced off the burb and careened across the other lane and off the bridge onto 128 North.

Dear Apartment Complex,
You over salt the side walks to the point where it looks like the salt flats of Utah, but neglect to salt the parking lots.

Signed,

Dear Maintenance Guy,

Thank you so much for this morning. Your complete lack of salt/sand on the parking lot left me looking like I was humping my car door, while I was simply trying to hang on for dear life.

Sincerely,

I've heard some people get off on that kind of stuff.

Dear old shart in the Lexus RX,
Why did it take you almost a minute to pull out in front of me from that parking lot and move 50 feet down the road? Here's a tip, don't let your equally-old wife give you road head.

We called this guy the other day and told him we would trade him a Roush and he did not know what it was even though he had it listed. We wanted to see idf he was serious and he was. He said " my car is nice to have because you can just go to auto zone if you ever need anything."

A car done up like that professionally might not look bad. It is vaguely reminiscent of the hillclimb Quattro, which I think looks awesome. In it's current form, though...

Dear ass hats,

Not cleaning the snow off the back half of your car? Really? I mean, it's mind boggling enough to see people driving around with 4 inches of snow on their hood and roof, but when you go out of your way to just clean off your driver door, windshield and hood but leave snow everywhere else on your car you need to be pulled over and slapped with a fish.

Dear lady with hat in Legacy 2.5i in left lane on Route 1 N this morning.

I was passing you on the right because you were doing 60 and I was doing 67.

If you'd been doing nearly 80 (like you sped up to once you noticed me) I never would have been anywhere around.

Any particular reason why you drive in the left hand lane, of three, when there isn't another car within a 1/4 mile?

Dear Mid aged Handicapped Soccer mom, driving a red mini-van.

I thank you for allowing me to first hand test the brakes, in snow this morning. I never had the liberty of witnessing first hand the awesome stopping power of my brakes, while its snowing out. Yet, due to your actions of turning into my lane, as the front of my car is at your sliding door....and then missing you by probably 2 inches.

I know you were shocked by this incident, as you stopped in the far left lane and just sat there. Might have been even more shocked, that I got out of my car in my police jacket (I forgot my normal jacket last night) to check to see if you were ok, as your just sitting there.

I'm glad that you were not phased by your actions, and wanted to spew a earful towards me about your hatred to police and how I nearly just killed you. I'm just happy your ok!

Anyways, drive safe...and check your mirrors!

Yours Truly,
jmcgarrell

(BTW, if you have a handicapped sign hanging from your rear view mirror.... it is supposed to have your picture on it or at least a picture of someone in the car and have the same license plate on it as the car your driving, might want to get that one checked out....)

Dear Jeep,

I know why you're tailgating me because I was driving at 35-40mph after a snowstorm and theres potholes everywhere from the plows. Now I commute on this road everyday and theres a 2ft diameter and 1ft deep hole right in the middle of the road. Maybe if you didnt concentrate on tailgating me, you wouldnt have drove right in the hole..LOL. but anyways, thanks for not tailgating me after u drove right in to it.

kthxbye, blue camary that avoided the pot hole
