it amazes me how this type of thing baffles people

the concept of a turning lane is far beyond most peoples driving abilities apparently

Dear Weston Police Officer

The fact that you were so fixated on following me because my car has a nice rumble made you miss the guy who went straight from the right only lane. Thank you for then tailgating me off an on until we reached the town line. Do you have nothing better to do than hope I speed?

Dear Crappy Geo Prism Driver

If I didn't care about my car, I would have brake checked you numerous times. Since you decided to tailgate me even when I was going 5ish over, I decided to drive the limit or a bit under for the rest of the time you were behind me just to slow you down as much as possible. You could have passed me on the dashed section of road, idiot.

Dear ass in the MPV,
Yes, that's a left turn only lane you're in, an I'll be damned if you're going to use it to pass me. Get in the ****ing line.

Dear guy in the dropped Silverado,
I think you should turn your oontz down a bit. It really shouldn't be heard 100' back at 60mph. I thought something else was wrong with my car. You're not The Who.

Dear Neon Driver (literally)

i realize that using a directional surrenders your plan to the enemy (me and every other driver) - however since you decided to cut over two lanes of traffic and cut my off nearly clipping my front bumper because you couldnt wait 2 damn seconds for me to be infront of you - i think i small hint to your plans would of been great :-D b*tch

Dear Mercedes Driver, (I93 N)

I realized in the traffic we were in that when I put on my right blinker I had no room to actually move to the next right lane. I was simply trying to let people know I'd like to move in, so that maybe someone would back off and give me room. It was absolutely unneccesarry to immediately slam on your brakes and then lay on your horn for 15 seconds after I did have room and moved over, all the while flipping me off. You're a retard, not everyone drives with no concept of the fact that other cars are around them.

Dear bugeye driving behind the Mercedes,

I'm very glad you weren't following close enough to hit that bitch when she slammed on her brakes, sorry for the inconvenience, and you have a very nice Impreza.

Sincerely,
Brett

Dear 325xi driver,

However I would enjoy a settlement after you rear end me I do not like the idea of me going 80mph on 190 and you almost hitting me thinking you have the god given right for every car in your path to move for you so you can continue going WAY to fast. Tool. BTW I did indeed match the speed of the car next to me for 5 miles just for you

I hate people that drive in the left lane and think their speed is the correct one. If I am driving 80 in the left lane and someone comes up behind me going faster, I move over and let them pass if possible. I realize that 80 is too fast for some people yet I routinely drive that speed just as 90 may be too fast for you. Just move over and don't be a dick.

Oh don't get me wrong and normally I do that. But this was the closest I've ever seen a car get to me. Like one minute I looked back nothing then I see the 3 series coming at me so fast to the point I did that death grip brace for impact moment. Maybe it was just my mood or the heat of the moment but I decided to be "that guy" the other day.

Don't get me wrong I have felt like doing that many times. It's just not worth it though as it makes them angrier and more aggressive which leads to more accidents. It was a BMW though so you get a pass on that one

So this is a bit overdue, occured on April 1st. Note: Long story ahead.

Dear Jackass White Trash kids that think they won't get caught,

One of my rules in life is "You **** with me, I'm going to **** with you harder", and y'all found this out one nice spring night (on april fools day)

So it's Thursday night and i had just flown home from Boston down to Philly. Went right from the airport to my friend's house to commence a relaxing night of xbox and beer since i have just turned 21 and am learning how to drink (that's completely bull****). I sit right down on his couch and kick my jeans off after the traveling (i was uncomfortable) and watch some TV while we try and figure out what to do, where to go, and what to drink. It's relatively late, about 10:30, so the stores in PA are closed and we were planning on heading down to Delaware to grab some drink.

All of a sudden we hear a large crash outside at the end of his driveway. We both simultaneously jump to the window to see what the hell had just happened. Much to our surprise, there was an Expedition parked at the end of the driveway with 3 kids climbing back in the car. Coincidentally, all of the (full) trash cans were knocked over. Didn't take long to put 2 and 2 together.

My buddy looks at me and with an understood acceptance from me just says "We're going after them." Sure, why not. i drop my phone and grab my jeans and sprint downstairs and the chase begins. By the time i get to the car, which just so happens to be an 08 Evo X GSR, i get my pants on. Now we're in the car... neither of us has:

-Shoes
-Phone
-Wallet/ID
-Common Sense

and we burn out of the driveway.

We catch up to these kids at the next house and they are doing to same ****. So we follow them (rather dangerously i must admit, but i wasn't driving). After they try and lose us through fake signaling, running red lights, ect. ect. for 20 minutes i think they realized we weren't just going to disappear.

All the meanwhile, i'm trying to figure out what we're going to do. We can't call the cops because we don't have phones... we wrote down their license plate, but realistically calling it in wouldn't do much. Trying to figure out what is useful in the car, i start digging around. Only thing that i managed to find was a set of sockets that my friend didn't want... he suggested throwing them, but i figured the expedition was the parents car, and i wasn't going to be messing with that.

Me: "What else do you have in here?"
Him: "well my golf clubs are in the back"
Me: "oh yeah, i can work with that"

So we pull up behind these kids at a red light in the left hand turn lane (3 lanes, left, straight, right). I get out of the passenger seat and he pops the trunk... i picked out a 9 iron. I thought that the loft would be more effective than a 3 iron or such. After i look up they had peeled out right (from the left lane) onto a main 4 lane (undivided) road. I jumped into the back seat.

He weaves in and out of the 4 cars that they managed to get between us and pulls up to them at the next light. There was traffic coming and they couldn't go anywhere. Here's my fun time. I get out and there is an <18 year old girl driving, a <17 year old girl in the front seat, and 4 <18 year old guys in the back. I have a friggin 9 iron, i'm liking my odds. This is about how it went:

Me: "Do we have a ****ing problem here?!?"
Girl: "We're so sorry" (shaking, scared)
Me: "This is some bull****. what the **** are you thinking?"
G: "i don't know i said we're sorry. stop following us!"
M: "you're going to come back and pick all that **** up right now"
G: "ok but please stop following us!!"
M: "no, **** that, we're going to follow you back to his house and you're going to pick that **** up."

Keep in mind, i'm standing in the middle of a 4 lane road at a main intersection in jeans and a t-shirt, no shoes, and a golf club in my hands screaming at the top of my lungs.

All while this fiasco is happening, a cop pulls out from the same intersection and starts driving downroad. My friend who was sitting in the car BEEPED AND WAVED as i waved a 9 iron at the cop to get his attention. He just kept on cruising along . Whatever, it worked out for the better.

We follow the little **** stains back to his house (now 15 miles away ) and WATCH as they pick up every bit of trash spilt. They were so shameful. it was glorious. I decided to lighten up on them:

M: "guys, if you're going to do this kind of ****, don't get caught. And don't do it on a main road. And especially don't do it to us."
kids: "sick car"
kids: "sorry man"
kids: "we were scared as ****. we were about to get on 95 and drive to Maryland"

ect. ect.

We bid them goodnight, and they were on their dandy way. For one night, we were probably the coolest guys they ever met.

Fast forward, it's now 11:30PM and i'm watching TV. All at once i had an epiphany that we had just pulled a ****ing fantastic april fools joke on those kids.

:gleaming:

Sincerely,
Ya aint runnin from us

Dear Civic at the route 18 red light in new bedford,

I was almost certain that when you pulled up behind me and I noticed a small Front mount behind ur bumper, I was gonna be in for another idiot trying to race, or trying to be able to brag to his friends that he THINKS he has a shot at my WRX

Just as I pull away normally, you didn't speed away or try blasting by me, you drove like a grandma

Thank you for not being an ignorant D***

sincerely,

One helluva surprised WRX driver

Dear caravan of dubs on 95,
Don't stop on the highway to wait for people. Especially when the shoulder is only a foot wide, and your cars take up most the lane for the exit about 50 up the road.
Stupid ****s.

Dear whatever driver,
When you're mostly in front of someone and need to merge into their lane, DO NOT use your brakes and come to a near complete stop! ****ING DUH!

Excellent stuff man. Cop doesnt surprise me, first time I drove down to Philly I got lost in the area behind the Temple tower dorms around midnight. I was lost and my girlfriend was freaking out (read crying) I saw a cop on the side of the road, I pulled over to ask how to get to Broad St, and he just waved me on. I realize that area is ****ty but damn.

Welcome to Bangor, dude. Living in between Bangor and Ellsworth I get to choose which "city" I want to go to. Bangor was the default 10 years ago. Over the past 4 or 5 years something has happened to the people who drive in Bangor. They've all suddenly gone instantly retarded. I choose Ellsworth more often than not now.

I went to visit my brother there. Friday night about 10pm, I pull up to a police car and ask him where 1026 Mount Vernon St is (think that was the street).

The cop said what? and made me repeat the address. "Oh" he said "I thought you said 26 Mount Vernon. I'd rather walk naked through a Lion's Den than go there on a Friday night."

yea i have noticed people in bangor cannot drive/read signs, etc.( like getting on 95S from the mall side(exit 187) and the traffic with the yield sign usually ignore said yield sign.) subby vs. subby FTL
