I don't know much about the prodrive, but have heard that Stromungs have some rust problems.

From what I know the prodrive unit is only a muffler section and you pay between 4 and 500 dollars for it.. its made of stainless and has a lifetime warantee against materials and worksmanship so I'm assuming that means if it rusted out in a few months like a strommung does you can have it replaced. I have the WR sport exhaust and love the sound.. absolutly love it!! Its got a cool tip too, not too ricey but racey at teh same time. Its deffinatly original and will turn heads. Its 2.5 in none of that sissy 2.25 in exhaust and I had a aluminized straight pipe custom made to complete the cat back which cost me an extra 120 with gaskets and labor. Also its not too loud.. It can get there at WOT but I think most of the noiose is the intake.

stay with a "wimpy 2.25" system unless you're going turbo. a 2.5 will lose a lttle bottom end and not gain much upper.

if you want the JDM look, get the Apex'i N1 or 5Zigen Fireball exhaust system. i personally have the Apex'i N1 and loving every mile of it. sounds bad ass too!

Other than pipe diameter, there isn't that much difference between exhausts. It depends what look you're going for.

Stromung and Brullen make a dual-tip (and Brullen a DTM dual tip) canister which looks very sedate, very European.

Borla's is the standard 4" tip, while Apex'i and 5Zigen have the "N1-style" canister.

I'll let you judge which system you like. Of course, if you have a quality exhaust shop near you, all you need is a canister and they can weld all the flanges and bend the pipes...that should be around $100 + the cost of the canister (no more than $200) as compared to $400-500 for a "bolt-on" catback.
