Post My Strömung Dual Tip is quiet...

...compared to this Diablo I was following in Hollywood last night. Was cruising down La Brea and spotted a red Diablo and pulled up behind it. Rolled my window down to take in the sweet sounds... and as it accelerated away from the light I could not hear my own exhaust for all the racket this car made. Sounded so mean! Got me wondering if these people ever get any slack for loud exhausts. He wasn't even at full throttle and he was louder than the Strömung (and I was at WOT just trying to keep up.) Pretty car. And those steamroller width P-Zero's are too much.

Have a Nice Day?

Similar thing: I was cruising thru Rancho Santa Fe (Ca) behind a Ferrari, the super expensive one with the glass window over the engine. I couldn't hear my car, but I sat there at the stop sign pretending that was the sound of the Scoob's motor.

One day at the store I was with some friends and we saw a kid get in a little Civic hatchback and when he started it up this loud whump!rumblerumblerumble came from his direction. I did a double take. >blink blink< I wish MY Honda sounded like that!
Turns out there was a late 60's (built) Camaro behind a pickup that started at the same time.
